About Us
Company Overview
It is our goal to provide support and reliable services that you can count on. We worked hard to get the best connection available. We are in the same building as the major players (MCI, Sprint, Pac bell) where the main cross-country (UUNert) lines are located. All of our management has more than 20 years in the computer industry and are all previous business owners. Our other internet business is a web design, marketing and maintenance company.

Company Background
We started this company as a much needed department or our other company, Web Marketers, Inc. In July of 1999 we created a company to design and market web sites. Later we added maintenance to our bill of goods. We found that many of our customers had problems with their hosting company. Mostly the biggest problem that kept coming up was the inability to call their tech support department and their lack of service. Most of the tech support departments blamed the problems on the customers and did not take any blame themselves. We want to change that.
